Native Hawaiian Teachings & Practices
Wisdom · Culture · Connection
At Hawaiʻi Holistic Care, we believe whole-person health in Hawaiʻi should honor the culture, knowledge, and healing traditions of the place we call home. We are committed to creating space for Native Hawaiian perspectives on health, relationship, ʻāina, family, spirituality, and community.
We are currently developing this area of our center and seeking Native Hawaiian cultural practitioners and teachers who can share these traditions with the knowledge, integrity, and cultural grounding they deserve.
Future offerings may include teachings and experiences related to hoʻoponopono, lāʻau lapaʻau, connection to ʻāina, cultural practices, and other Native Hawaiian approaches to health and well-being, guided by appropriately qualified cultural practitioners.
Expanding Access to Culturally Rooted Care
We are working with health plan and community partners to make Native Hawaiian cultural and traditional healing services more accessible. Interested in teaching or offering Native Hawaiian cultural practices at Hawaiʻi Holistic Care? We welcome conversations with practitioners, cultural educators, and community partners.
